Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 29.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2455/2019.

Vide order dated 09.09.2020, a report was called for from the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Muzaffarpur, regarding stage of Sessions Trial No. 265/2019 which is kept at flag 'R' to the petition.

From perusal of the report dated 7.10.2020, it appears that the case is running for framing of charge. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the stage of trial, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner, It is, accordingly, rejected.
