2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 135 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 385, 386 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons along with 10 unknown persons assembled and assaulted the staffs of poklane. They demanded Rs. 5 crore as ransom and threatened them that on non-fulfillment of demand of ransom, they will not allow to work them. It is also alleged that they snatched Rs. 1.5 lakhs from the staffs.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61393 of 2024(2) dt.05-09-2024 2/2 the present case. He submits that the informant and the petitioner are in the same business and due to business rivalry, the petitioner has been implicated in this case. He is under custody since 23.04.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 135 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
