The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Asarganj P.S.Case No. 73 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. From perusal of the FIR, it would be evident that the petitioner opened fire causing injury in the abdomen of the informant for which he was first taken to the local hospital and then was referred to Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College and Hospital, Bhagalpur for further treatment. A perusal of the impugned order would also make it evident that the petitioner has been made accused in one another case registered under Section
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21687 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 386 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the seriousness of the allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected.
