JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-07-2018 The petitioner has approached this Court against the interim order of maintenance. Despite that, notice was issued to the opposite party no. 2 on the assertion of the petitioner that he is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour to which she is entitled. Mr. Chandra Shekhar Anand, learned advocate who has appeared for opposite party no. 2 has informed this court that the aforesaid offer of the petitioner is a sham and he does not mean it. He has also informed this Court that earlier he was granted anticipatory bail as the Bench of this Court was of the view that one chance ought to be given to him to effect reconciliation with his spouse. The petitioner did not act accordingly and, therefore his bail was cancelled. He, thereafter,

No.509 of 2015(5) dt.16-07-2018 2/2 surrendered before the court below but was granted bail by another Bench of this Court on the assurance of the petitioner that he shall deposit an amount of Rs. 2000/- per month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the complainant.

The aforesaid undertaking of the petitioner has not been fulfilled and nothing has been paid to the opposite parties as yet.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. The petition is dismissed.
