The petitioner is accused in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 275 of 2015, registered under Section 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused, as detailed in para 08 of the case diary, thereafter, petitioner was apprehended on 17.12.2015 and since than he is in custody. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19459 of 2016 (2) dt.09-05-2016 2/2 satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 275 of 2015.
