2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that the petitioner, in conveyance with other co-accused persons fraudulently registered informant's shop in the name of co-accused Manti Devi without her knowledge
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He has further submitted that the informant has filed a title suit as title suit No. 350/22 in the Court of Sub- Judge (1), Bagaha
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57216 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the fact that it is a civil dispute between the party, and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 350 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
