Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection wit Jainagar P.S, Case No. 163 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272,273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He is only the owner of the vehicle in question and he has no connection with the alleged recovery, as a matter of fact nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
