JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One mutilated dead body was found on railway track and for recovery of the aforesaid dead body, U.D.Case No.06 of 2015 was lodged on 31.07.2015. Subsequently, it came to light that the deceased was killed by the petitioner and others as deceased had love affair with sister of co-accused Suraj Kumar. The aforesaid fact came to light on the basis of information furnished by the spy and, thereafter, petitioner was arrested and confessed his guilt. It appears that except the aforesaid material , there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 29.11.2015 and the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18959 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Munger in connection with Dharhara P.S.Case No. 168 of 2015.
