Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 190 of 2021 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 384, 385, 506, 420, 467, 468 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 3/4 of the D.P. Act and section 138 of N.I. Act.
From independent pleadings made by the parties, both parties are jointly ready to settle their disputes before mediation. Without passing anything on merit, I am hereby
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65806 of 2021(7) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 granting provisional bail to the petitioner on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Patna City, Patna in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 190 of 2021. Trial Court is directed to refer this matter before the mediation. Both parties are hereby undertake that they shall appear before the mediation on the date fixed by the Trial Court. The Trial Court is directed to start mediation under his supervision and the mediation must be concluded within 90 days. In case of failure, the provisional bail granted shall stand cancel but in case of settlement, the Trial Court shall confirm the provisional bail granted by this Court.
With this observation, the bail application stands disposed off.
