2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged in the prosecution case that on 02.01.2024 while daughter of the informant was coming house, Manish Kumar (son of the petitioner) made comment on her due to which altercation took place between the parties. It is further alleged that on 03.01.2024 petitioner along with F.I.R. named accused persons armed with weapons came and assaulted the informant and his brother causing injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59780 of 2024(3) dt.18-10-2024 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to old enmity and village dispute. The occurrence took place due to dispute between the children. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both parties are co-villagers. Petitioner has three criminal antecedents in which he is on bail. He is in judicial custody since 02.06.2024. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the trial.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024.
