JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One mobile of Zen company is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but according to the written report, the mobiles of Micromax and Lava company were stolen from the shop of the informant. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but it appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S.Case
