In the present writ application, the following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : (I) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioner on non teaching ClassIII posts as he is working on the said post since 10th December, 1985.

(II) For issuance of further writ/order or direction for payment of salary/arrear of salary due since August, 1999.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20355 of 2011(6) dt.03-11-2017 2/2 Considering the reliefs sought for in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a representation regarding the redressal of his grievance before the Respondent No.2 i.e. Vice Chancellor, Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Darbhanga. The Respondent No.2 shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is fully covered by the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.1930 of 2012 dated 31.01.2012, C.W.J.C. No.9222 of 1991 dated 25.06.2003 and C.W.J.C. No.12403 of 2007 dated 24.11.2011.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
