The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault upon the informant and his family members by the accused persons including the petitioners.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against them and petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65280 of 2021(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkah P.S. Case No. 354 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
