Petitioner happens to be Khalasi of truck bearing registration No. JH-09X-0181 and so far as allegation of cheating is concerned; the same centres around Sri Sunil Kumar Singh who happens to be proprietor of Pushpanjali Coal & Shake Private Ltd. Moreover, some of the employees of the aforesaid company have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail.
