The petitioner is accused in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016, registered under Section 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of kidnapping of the daughter of the informant by this petitioner and keeping her in the house of his brother-in-law.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, victim moved from her house according to her sweet will and performed marriage in the temple with this petitioner as she herself admitted in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. on 03.03.2016 and she showed her willingness to live with this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni P.S.
