The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2016, registered under Sections 25(1b) a, 26, 27 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Supaul.

The accusation is that petitioner has been apprehended in course of committing robbery of motorcycle and belongings of the informant. On the spot while other succeeded to flee away. On search at that time one live cartridge and mobile set was recovered to the possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
