The petitioner is in custody in connection with S.T. No.1592A of 2005, arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case No.167 of 2005, a case under Sections 353/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act and Sections 4/5 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2013. The trial has not concluded as yet.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner as well as the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R., let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26084 of 2017 (4) dt.19-02-2018 P2/ Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
