There happens to be recovery of 250 grams of Ganja from the shop of petitioner, for which petitioner happens to be under custody since 18.04.2017, having no criminal antecedent as per disclosure made under Para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner, Gambhira Shah @ Gamira Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.42 of 2017 arising out of Ramgarhawa P. S. Case No.61 of 2017.
