At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, to ensure compliance of his own order dated 25.4.2023 within a stipulated time frame, preferably within a period of four weeks from today, in accordance with law. It is directed accordingly. 3.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
