====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have misappropriated amount of Rs. 17,91,384/- by way of transferring through net banking on the basis of creating fake signature of the informant. Petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner received amount of Rs. 17,91,384/- in his account by way of transfer through net banking from the account of the informant but the same was transferred at the instance, to the son of the informant.

No.59273 of 2022(7) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the informant opposes the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner and submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and informant has got no son. Hence, statement of the petitioner is false and fabricated. Considering the aforesaid facts, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
