Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have misappropriated amount of Rs. 17,91,384/- by way of transferring through net banking on the basis of creating fake signature of the informant. Petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner received amount of Rs. 17,91,384/- in his account by way of transfer through net banking from the account of the informant but the same was transferred at the instance, to the son of the informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59273 of 2022(7) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the informant opposes the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner and submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and informant has got no son.
