JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 104/16, registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though the case is under Section 304B and other Sections of Indian Penal Code and petitioner is husband, however, he has falsely been implicated in this case and was living outside the country and has nothing to do with the alleged offence. Further he has been in custody since 06.06.2017.

Having heard both sides, considering the fact that there is allegation against the petitioner of demand of dowry as well as cruelty and also the fact that the deceased was brutally killed and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31474 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 her dead body was disposed of, as such, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, his application for regular bail is, accordingly rejected.
