The petitioner seeks bail in Daraunda P.S. Case No. 198 of 2015 registered under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been indicted with committing murder of the sister of the informant after two years of marriage.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner happens to be the brother of the husband of the deceased. He has been falsely implicated in the case. No overact is attributed against the petitioner. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature.

No.28804 of 2017 (2) dt.03-07-2017 2/2 Another brother-in-law, namely, Chandan Kumar Singh has been enlarged on bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 05.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24991 of 2017. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 23.01.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 198 of 2015.
