The petitioner, who is one of the aspirants for being considered for the post of Anganwari Sevika at the concerned Centre, has approached this Court perhaps for a

Patna High Court CWJC No.16433 of 2019(2) dt.23-08-2019 2/3 direction to the concerned authority to conclude the process of appointment / selection which had begun some time back. The petition lacks necessary details for this Court to adjudicate the lis.

In any view of the matter, what has been understood by this Court from the petition is that the process of selection which had started some times ago has not yet been completed on one pretext or the other. Another fact which can be discerned from this petition is that the representation preferred by the petitioner before the District Programme Officer, Bhojpur at Ara has also yielded no result.

The petitioner, therefore, under the aforesaid circumstances, is directed to make a fresh representation before the concerned C.D.P.O., detailing her grievances within a period of two weeks, who, on receipt of such representation, shall, after verification of facts, pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a period of 30 days, which is the time-line prescribed under the new Guidelines of 2019. If no order is passed by the concerned

Patna High Court CWJC No.16433 of 2019(2) dt.23-08-2019 3/3 C.D.P.O. within the aforesaid time-line, the case of the petitioner would stand automatically transferred to the office of District Programme Officer, Bhojpur at Ara, who, in that event, would be under an obligation to decide the matter by a reasoned order within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
