Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 364, 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, confessional statement of co- accused Gabru Rai was recorded at para 12 of the case diary and the aforesaid coaccused Gabru Rai disclosed that this petitioner had helped him in disposing of the dead body of the deceased.

It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge VII, Danapur, Patna in Sessions Trial no. 541 of 2015/ 892 of 2015/714 of 2015
