Furthermore, petitioner is directed to surrender before the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, District Madhepura in Madhepura S.C./S.T. P.S. Case No. 12 of 2014 within four weeks from today and accordingly, the time for surrender of the petitioner in the light of order dated 05.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc.
