The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gorya Kothi P.S. Case No. 79 of 2018 (S. T. No. 150 of 2019) for the offences under Sections 326/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The allegation against the petitioner that he was involved in assaulting the husband of the informant and on search police recovered one country made Pistol from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2018.

No.53411 of 2019(2) dt.05-09-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional District Judge-IIIrd, Siwan in connection with Gorya Kothi P.S. Case No. 79 of 2018 (S. T. No. 150 of 2019) .
