Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-b)/26/35 of the Arms Act One country made loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 31.12.2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20030 of 2016 (2) dt.06-05-2016 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pankaj Kumar Lal, J.M. Ist Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No.143 of 2015.
