Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 239 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are old father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant. They never demanded any dowry, rather the informant has ill eye on their property, and as such, the present false case has been lodged for unlawful gain. Other co-accused persons i.e. the younger son of these petitioners and brother-in-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31355 of 2018(2) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 law of the informant has been granted anticipatory bail a coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 16.04.2018 (Annexure-4). Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 239 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
