Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the petition. Vide order dated 20.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71843 of 2021 by this Court, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directing him to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but he failed to furnish the bail bond within time due to acute pain in knee and was under treatment of Dr. Nitin Mittal in Ludhiana (Punjab). In that view of the matter, the order dated 20.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71843 of 2021 is modified to the extent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62299 of 2022(2) dt.23-11-2022 2/2 that the petitioner shall surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 331 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned CJM, Lakhisarai and remaining parts of the said order shall remain in operation. Accordingly, this modification petition is allowed.
