ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 The learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to make correction in Paragraph-1 with regard to the nature of offence under which the First Information Report was instituted. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 414, 225 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail at this stage in connection with Kashim Bazar P.S. Case No. 129 of 2013 pending before Shri R.R. Santosh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger.

The prayer for bail is rejected.
