The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No 07 of 2017 under Sections 25 (1-B)a/35 of the Arms Act and Sections 3/5 of the Explosive Substances Act. On receiving Secrete information, four persons were apprehended and from possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and four cartridges were recovered and for that petitioner is in jail since 15.01.2017.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28117 of 2017 (2) dt.03-07-2017 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S.
