This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018 for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is allegation against the petitioner of being indulged in illicit trade of liquor and the petitioner has large number of criminal antecedents, inclusive of robbery other serious offences and Excise Act.

Having considered the aforesaid facts, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
