JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-379, 411, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(i-b)(a), 26 of the Arms Act.

Two persons were caught and fire-arms as well as one motorcycle were recovered and out of the aforesaid two persons, one disclosed that he had purchased the seized motorcycle from the petitioner and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 05-04-2016. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20161 of 2016 (2) dt.09-05-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri R. K. Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Gaya.
