JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 of the Public Property Destruction Act. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 12.04.2016 on the accusation that he was got constructing the boundary wall on the land which had already been acquired by the Bihar Housing Board.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
