The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No 74 of 2017 under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

It is submitted that 35 plastic bags, each containing 300 ml, Nepali country made liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that alleged recovery, the petitioner has remained in jail since 27.03.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
