The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 269 of 2017 arising out of Piar P.S. Case No. 05 of 2015 under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the deceased alleged that his son used to go out of the house each and every day after dinner. On 05.01.2015 his son went out of the house and on the next morning his son was found dead in the field of the informant. It is further alleged that the petitioner and Vijay Singh earlier assaulted his son and there was a rumor of having love affair between his son and daughter of Nanhki Singh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material against the petitioner. No body has seen the

Considering the facts that save and except there is no material against the petitioner and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 12th Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with S.T. No. 269 of 2017 arising out of Piar P.S. Case No. 05 of 2015.
