The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahebpur Kamaal P.S. Case No. 31/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/308/ 379/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has tried to fire, but because of misfiring, no one sustained injury. There is case and counter case between the parties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
