2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 139/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 201 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

3. The petitioners are the relatives of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegations of demand of dowry and torture against them.

4. The petitioners are in custody since 04.06.2024. The husband of the deceased and the mother-in-law of the deceased are already in jail.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran/concerned Court in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 139/2023.
