Mr. Abhijat submits that the license of the petitioner has been cancelled by the order impugned but the petitioner has not availed of his appellate remedy. For this reason alone, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and dismiss the same.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15930 of 2019 dt.02-11-2022 2/2 Should the petitioner intend to challenge the order of cancellation of his license, he may prefer an appeal before the appropriate authority and should he do so within a period of thirty days, the appellate authority shall, after providing him ample opportunity of being heard and presenting his cause, pass a final order within the next sixty days, giving reasons in support of the same. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
