2. As the matter was similar to the case of Chandra Bhushan Mishir @ Chandra Bhushan Mishr (C.W.J.C. No. 10051 of 2015), which was dismissed by the learned Single Bench by order dated 20.08.2016 and against which the writ petitioner had preferred L.P.A. No. 276 of 2017, the Court earlier in its order dated 13.07.2017 had ordered for listing of the present case after disposal of L.P.A. No. 276 of 2017.
3. Subsequently, L.P.A. No. 276 of 2017, has been
Patna High Court CWJC No.9515 of 2015 dt.19-09-2018 2/2 dismissed by order dated 25.04.2018.
4. In view of the issue having been considered and rejected by the Division Bench, the present writ application also stands dismissed.
