In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Katoriya (Suiya) P.S. Case No. 20 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 302, 364, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report was lodged against the large number of accused including the petitioner. During investigation, a mobile of deceased was found from the possession of the petitioner. Police during investigation found the petitioner was very much involved in committing crime. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21366 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 produced the photo copy of the case diary, Paragraphs 18, 19, 20, 26, 62, 78, 88, 89, 90, 93, 103, 123 of the case diary are sufficiently indicating the prima case against the petitioner.
