The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna) P.S. Case No. 634 of 2021 registered under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, sections 302, 201 and 120B were added.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 02.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32835 of 2022.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54957 of 2022(4) dt.14-03-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna O.P.) P.S. Case No. 634 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
