2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 103 of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that on 27.09.2024, dead body of an unknown girl was found.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case merely because they happen to be family members of the deceased.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and submitted that Petitioner No. 1 is mother of the deceased whose dead body was found floating in a river. During investigation, it has come that these petitioners, along with other accused persons, committed murder of the deceased.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, gravity of offence and materials that have surfaced during course of investigation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.
