The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rautara P.S. Case No. 34 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that petitioner is a member of Korha gang and the evidence has come that he is involved in this kind of crime, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
