2. The petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2016 in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 209 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 304B and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner being the father-inlaw of the deceased has been falsely implicated as the deceased was suffering from severe cold stroke and was under medical treatment prior to her death. It is further submitted that the marriage of deceased with petitioner's son namely, Lokesh Kumar, was in fact solemnized on 08.05.2006 and a child was born to them in the year 2008 and hence date of marriage as mentioned in the first information report in 2010 is incorrect. The
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21902 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 husband of the deceased is in custody and other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 11012 of 2016.

In the aforesaid facts let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S. case No. 209 of 2015.
