JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-08-2019 The petitioner claims to be a bataidar of the private respondents. He appears to have filed an application under Section 48E of the Bihar Tenancy Act, which has been dismissed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Narkatiaganj, by his order dated 08.03.2019, which order has been challenged in the present writ application.

The petitioner has statutory remedy against the impugned order, dated 08.03.2019, under Section 48F of the Act, which he has apparently not availed.

This application is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to take appropriate steps

It is indicated that if any question of limitation arises before the concerned appellate authority and an application seeking condonation of delay is filed, the same shall be considered liberally, keeping in mind the fact that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court.
