2. The petitioner, who is a Panchayat teacher, has filed this writ petition challenging the Memo No. 1676 dated 21.05.2024, insofar it relates to the petitioner, whereby, the salary of one day i.e., 18.05.2024 has been deducted on account of unauthorized absent, contending that the petitioner on that day was present in the school.

3. Since, the petitioner is a Panchayat teacher, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision

Patna High Court CWJC No.13244 of 2024 dt.05-09-2024 2/2 rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 10222 of 2022 (Rani Kumari Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
