JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint.Case No. 370 of 2016 (CIS)/419 of 2016(C.R.), corresponding to Trial No. 2224 of 2018, lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has taken money from the complainant on the assurance of providing job of Coordinator but no such appointment was made. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no such chit of paper to show that he has taken money and the whole case is false and concocted.

Having heard both sides and view of allegation, I am not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32393 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit.
