JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2019 The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondents to remove the alleged encroachment of Garmajarua land, situated near Samnahua Road, P.S. Harnaut, District Nalanda.

If that be so, the remedy of the petitioner would lie before the Circle Officer, Harnaut Anchal, District Nalanda under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.5 for redressal of his grievances in accordance with the provisions
