JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 209, 294, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code Sections 23, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of Immoral Traffic Act.

As per written report, the informant on confidential information raided Flat No. 102 of Suraj Mansion Apartment and found two ladies and three male persons in objectionable position. The petitioner is said to be one of them. It has been submitted that petitioner is a lady. She is in custody since 6.3.2017. She was working as a maid servant in aforesaid Apartment. She has no concern with any such type of activity.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30528 of 2017 (5) dt.28-07-2017 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner that she was indulged in such type of activity.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Kumar Sinha, learned Sub Judge-IV (ACJM), Patna, in connection with Shastrinagar P.S.
